Married for 27 years to Jim, mother of one daughter, Anne (17) a senior at Plymouth High School. In graduate school, again, and for the second time at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. On my fourth career…I haven’t worked enough so I’ll never retire! My dad, Ted, is 85 and still working, so I’m thinking I’ve got a few good years left. My mom passed away 21 years ago, still miss her every day. Our family has hosted seven AFS students (Austria, Norway, Iceland, Finland, Denmark, Hong Kong, and Germany.) Jim and I went on the trip of a lifetime two years ago to Europe to visit four of our kids, and that was just before our German son arrived in the USA.
I will hopefully graduate from Luther Seminary in May of 2019 and be ordained in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. Hope to be called by an ELCA congregation in Wisconsin and begin serving after graduation.
