New York, NY

I have two wonderful daughters, Kate and Rachel, both now in their early 20’s. Sadly, we lost their mom ten years ago – but we had a great time together while she was here! Have lived in Dallas, TX, New York City, New Canaan, CT, McLean, VA, back to New Canaan and now back to NYC. Got shot at from all directions, so to speak, while working in Federal government in Washington, DC. Who knew being a CPA could be so exciting? I now teach financial statement auditing and professional ethics to accounting majors at Baruch College, City University of New York. My students call me Professor Ray, which makes this old guy feel pretty cool. Although my dad passed away a few years ago, the Ray family still owns and runs Ben Franklin Crafts in Oconomowoc. It is our 45th anniversary on August 23, and we will be having anniversary-related events all week. Please stop in to see the store (and buy something while you are there!). Our employees have excelled at maintaining and evolving the business. My mom continues to thrive in Pewaukee, and my sister still resides in Arizona with her family. Also strumming away at the guitar whenever I have a few minutes to pick it up.
